No More Awkward Team Building.

Most team-building events are tolerated.

This one is remembered.

My equine-assisted workshops help teams communicate better, collaborate faster, and understand how they work together. No trust falls, forced sharing, or corporate theater required.

Laura and Antoinette conducted a team building event with me and my employees. They worked with me to tailor a program that specifically met our business objectives. Everyone had an amazing time - horses, beautiful setting, great fall day!!! Doing special things outside of the typical work environment are always meaningful but this was an experience completely different from any corporate events I have attended in the past. I highly recommend it!! Thank you so much!

Five black stars in a row.

We had fun, we were challenged in interesting ways, and we got some useful insights in how we work as a team that will be helpful in both our work lives AND personal lives. Enjoyable & productive experience - thank you!

Five black stars in a row.

Great experience! I was a little skeptical before arriving, but the beautiful location, welcoming barn cat Poppy, the activities planned by Laura & Antoinette, and the horses (especially Lucky) changed my mind quickly.

Five black stars in a row, centered at the top of a white space.

What a day we had enjoying the most unique “team building” event I have ever been a part of. These ladies were creative and fun with plenty of exercises that got our group to share ideas, understand someone else’s approach to an idea and together come up with solutions. Fun Day!

This Is Not Therapy. And No One Has to “Open Up.”

Let’s clear this up early.

This workshop does not involve:

  • emotional oversharing
  • forced vulnerability
  • hugging coworkers
  • pretending everyone gets along

Participants aren’t asked to share personal stories or like their teammates.

People engage at their own comfort level and that boundary is respected. The focus stays on:

  • communication under pressure
  • collaboration and problem-solving
  • noticing what helps (or blocks) progress

Built for Real Teams, Not Ideal Ones

Your team doesn’t need to be close.
They don’t need great chemistry.
They don’t even need buy-in from everyone.

The workshop works because it’s structured, observational, and low-pressure.

Horses respond to what’s happening, not what people say they’re doing.

That makes patterns visible — without calling anyone out.

Why This Works When Other Workshops Don’t.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s not a ropes course. And no one’s sitting through slides. Here’s how it works:

You reach out to start a conversation. We’ll ask a few simple questions about your team — size, goals, and what you’re hoping to improve. From there, we design a custom workshop tailored to your group and schedule a date that works for everyone.

On workshop day, teams work together in guided, ground-based exercises with horses. Horses respond honestly to posture, energy, and coordination — which naturally reveals how teams communicate, problem-solve, and adapt in real time.

What Teams Walk Away With

Only $50 per person.

That’s roughly the cost of:

  • a catered team lunch
  • a short outside training session
  • one forgettable offsite

The difference? This experience sticks.

Instead of passive listening, your team actively participates and leaves with insights they remember and use.

Not ready to book yet? That's normal.

Most teams start with a short conversation to talk through goals, logistics, and whether this workshop makes sense for their group. If it’s not a fit, we’ll say so.

Get in touch and let's start the conversation.

Still have questions? Here’s our answers to the most common ones.

  • What's the process once we reach out?

It starts with a short conversation. We’ll ask a few questions about your team size, goals, and what you’re hoping to improve. From there, we design a custom workshop tailored to your group and schedule a date that works for your participants.

On the day of the workshop, we handle facilitation. Your team simply shows up and participates.

  • Where do workshops take place?

Workshops take place outdoors at our private equine facility in Zelienople, PA. Exact address will be disclosed once a workshop is scheduled.

  • How long does a workshop last?

Workshops last between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on team size.

  • How many people can participate?

Workshops are designed for 3–10 participants. If you have a larger team, we can split the team up into two groups and schedule two workshops to accomodate larger team sizes.

  • Do we need horse experience to participate?

No. All activities are ground-based and fully guided.

  • Is it safe?

Workshops are designed with safety in mind and facilitated by experienced equine-assisted learning professionals. We also carry insurance for added peace of mind.

  • Will this be awkward or uncomfortable?

No. The workshop is structured, professional, and focused on collaboration, not personal disclosure.

  • What if some of my employees don't get along?

That’s fine. The exercises don’t rely on closeness or chemistry to be effective.
